In
1947, Continental introduced the C90, a four-cylinder version
of the C145.
Later, Continental adopted U.S. military
designation conventions and renamed the C90 the O-200.
The U.S. military; however, designated this engine the O-205
to avoid confusion with the similarly designated Franklin O-200. |
