The
Magister was the first jet primary trainer to enter
production; the prototype first flew in 1952. In addition to
production in France, this aircraft was produced under license in
Germany, Finland and Israel.
As a light-attack aircraft, the Magister saw
combat in the Six Day War in 1967. Over 800 were built. |
