Douglas O-38

The Douglas O-38 was the last in the line of Douglas Army observation aircraft based on the O-2 of 1923.  First flown in 1931, Douglas built over 150 O-38s through 1934.  A few were still in service at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.
